Just posting a few photos from this weeks class

Steve gave Scott some flavoring for the bottled water. It was apparently nasty. But, because of the smudging on the faces you can't really appreciate the facial that followed after the first swallow. I posted this to show how quickly things appear on blogs. They are instant communication-world wide.

North Carolina- west end of things

This was a nice place to visit. The views were ourstanding. The dogwoods were pretty. Lake Lure was in the background behind me. It was about the only thing I got around to visiting on this trip. You can clikc on the photos and see them in a larger preview. I uploaded JPEGs.

They had some nice shops. Downtown in Batcave. The area by Chimney Rock is nice.

This was a lot of snow in a short period of time.

Great working conditions

They had to close some roads. The beat cops are out in this stuff. After we got to class the detective stuck his ride in a snow bank and couldn't get it out with his big Dodge truck. The snow plows were getting stuck.

Get up and go to class...if you can get there!
